The Caledonian Kitchen is a collection of recipes from around Scotland to
help raise funds for Action Duchenne, the UK charity working towards finding a
cure for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
Recipes have been submitted by Scots from all walks of life. Celebrities, prominent figures, award winning chefs and supporters of Action Duchenne in Scotland,
have come together to create this culinary masterpiece.
40 celebrities and prominent figures including, Sir Alex Ferguson, Kirsty Gallacher,
Ian Rankin, Lorraine Kelly, Duncan Bannatyne and Kaye Adams.
34 award winning chefs from Scottish restaurants such as, Matthew Gray of
Inverlochy Castle, Shirley Spear of The Three Chimneys, Charles Lockley
of Boath House, Paul Burns of The Airds Hotel and Tony Pierce of Knockinaam Lodge.
And finally, recipes from 50 Scots across the country who support the charity.
